Johnnie Kennedy

Johnnie Kennedy

Johnnie Kennedy | Professional Singer Kent Corporate EntertainmentJohnnie Kennedy has a very interesting story to tell concerning his ancestors who came from Liverpool.

Although his grandfather moved to London later in life he believes he inherited his vocal talent and humour from his Scouse family association.

His grandfather (a docker) had hard times whereby money and food were hard to come by but he always wore a smile.

Johnnie Kennedy was brought up on a Council estate and passed his 11 plus which was rare for a boy from his background in those days.

Tribute acts hadn’t been heard of then.

His only praise at school however, came for his Drama and English. His ability to make people laugh though did not help his school career.

Johnnie Kennedy never recognised his talent and became a printer. However, he would follow his father to his tribute acts Johnnie Kennedy | Professional Singer Kent Corporate Entertainmentgigs and to lots of tribute acts shows getting experience and dreaming of performing to an audience.

In the 80′s Johnnie Kennedy suddenly decided to enter Ladbrokes ’Search for a Star.’ He got to the National finals. This was to launch him into into gigging and appearing on TV and many various tribute acts events. He then realised that the entertainment industry was really turning towards tribute acts.

Show business is a rare phenomenon where age does not matter and good songs stand the test of time. Joining the army of tribute acts seemed like a good option.

Johnnie Kennedy is available as a professional Tom Jones Tribute singer – as seen in Las Vegas – with Big Elvis -  for all tribute acts corporate events and also available in his own right as a recording artiste.

With a wealth of experience, passion and natural talent Johnnie Kennedy has become a performer with that rare quality to which audiences immediately warm.

His up-to-date Tom Jones Cabaret set is always a big hit. His vocal skill and unique style can transport an audience from intense emotion to wild excitement – the hallmark of a true entertainer.

Johnnie Kennedy Back On The Road Again by Bellejar Records on Mixcloud

Johnnie Kennedy’s career has seen him performing in hotels and clubs, at holiday camps, corporate functions and theatres across the UK. He is now one of the best tribute acts in the UK.

Johnnie Kennedy has appeared with Atomic Kitten. He also sang at Nick Leeson’s wedding and at a corporate event with Foxy and the Backstreet Boys.

The ‘live’ Tom Jones & Friends cabaret set includes songs such as:- Love Me Tonight: It’s Not Unusual: What’s New Pussycat: Delilah, I’ll Never Fall In Love Again: Something ‘Bout You Baby I Like: Without Love: Sex Bomb: Green Green Grass of Home: Till. Tribute acts with the calibre of Johnnie Kennedy are very rare these days.

Personal quote by Johnnie Kennedy: ”I like to think I capture some of Tom’s magic and relate that to the audience and make it fun. ‘The amazing thing about performing my Tom Jones & Friends cabaret tribute acts set is that it appeals right across the board. Whatever the occasion–there is a song for everyone–which is why Tom has become a‘Legend in his own Lifetime’.” Tribute acts like Johnnie Kennedy are very few and far between.

Fill in the Johnnie Kennedy Tribute Acts Enquiry Form below with all the details about the event you’re planning and we’ll get back to you asap.
