As you may be aware, cocktails are currently enjoying a renaissance, with cocktail menus popping up in bars and restaurants in increasing numbers. However, the modern cocktail is not necessarily the alcohol-fuelled potion it once was. A keen supporter of the campaign to promote responsible drinking Paul often uses one-shot and virgin cocktails in his work, especially in the corporate sector. Alongside his speed-mixing stunts Paul is the author of three best-selling cocktail books. He is a recognised global authority on cocktails and mixed drinks and claims the perfect Dry Martini as his signature cocktail. He is a columnist for an international drinks trade magazine and has made extensive appearances on TV and radio. He has recently launched a DVD, Cocktail Mixing Made Easy.
Unlike other available cocktail events on the corporate market Paul Martin is the only mixologist that combines world class mixing skills with a unique talent for entertaining live audiences. Please note: The programme outlined below can be adapted to suit specific requirements or to be company or product specific.
Guests work in teams and compete against one another to win both the team prize and the individual prize. Teams usually comprise between six and ten people (we can cater for groups of twenty up to three hundred people), with each team seated at tables set with a full range of juices, spirits and liqueurs, cocktail mixing equipment and a variety of cocktail glass styles.
