Kathleen Button is a versatile performer suitable to provide high standard entertainment at any venue!
Kathleen Button has the experience of performing as a background instrumentalist in restaurants and hotel as well as performing lively and vibrant performances as a main feature entertainer in various bars, clubs, and private parties such as birthdays and weddings.
Kathleen can be hired to perform a set of just saxophone music, or just guitar and vocal music but her most popular performances consist of a multi instrumental set of saxophone, guitar and vocal music.
A recent BA (Hons) Music graduate, Kathleen is a well- established performer and has been fortunate enough to perform for various named celebrities. Some of the most impressive examples include providing the entertainment for Equity’s annual gathering, including guests such as actors Sam Kane (Emmerdale, Coronation Street) and Ricky Tomlinson (Royle Family). Kathleen’s most valued experience was playing music with Sir Paul McCartney. When he asked her to play her own material for him she began to play, nervously and starstruck, watching him tap his foot along to her own song. Afterwards he described her performance as ‘beautifully melodic and inspiring’. Kathleen is able to perform a wide repertoire of songs including her own song writing material if required.

Also a competent guitarist and vocalist you can expect to hear many songs presented in a unique and enchanting style. Performing material by artists such as Eva Cassidy, Bob Dylan, REM, The Shadows, Joni Mitchell, The Beatles and many more and also the opportunity to request certain songs or themes for the performance, you can be guaranteed a night all your guests and audiences will enjoy!
