Michele Ci is the youngest of four and is the son of trained soprano, Carmela.
He began singing at around four years of age when his mother overheard him singing along with one of his favourite Italian records.
Impressed by what she heard, Carmela decided to push Michele into music, therefore urging him to learn the piano. But all Michele loved to do was sing!
The piano was not his forte… excuse the pun.
Michele is a baritone and has tried everything from Rock, to Pop, to Opera and even some Blues. His voice is very warm, rich and very powerful.
He sings anything from a softly sung lullaby to a happy upbeat number to a passionate power ballad. Michele really feels what he sings and sings what he feels.
Michele is always adding new songs into his large repertoire, so the music never stops coming.
As his personal motto says; “There is no greater love than the love to sing.”
About the Show.
Michele’s act is very different because it is so varied. Why not tailor it to suit exactly how you want your evening to be?
If you want those all time favourite Italian classics (“Volare”, “O Sole Mio” [Cornetto Advert) "Nessun Dorma") for an Italian themed evening, Italian born Michele can inject feeling and passion to make it a wonderfully romantic evening, such as for a Ladies Night.
If you want a night of upbeat, foot tapping, singalong numbers in English ("Amarillo", "Sex Bomb", "Sweet Caroline") and/or Italian - the choice is yours. Or how about a powerful tribute act to that wonderful classical group, Il Divo? Michele enjoys singing these power ballads with all the passion of a true Italian singer.
Or why not mix it up? Maybe a set in English followed by a set in Italian - the choice is yours!
Michele sings a large variety of songs by different artists, including Lionel Richie, Tom Jones, Elton John, Tony Christie - the list goes on!
In his Italian set, you will recognise many well loved songs that have also been recorded in English, such as the Dusty Springfield classic "You Don't Have To Say You Love Me". And many more!
Most importantly, we always remember that this is your special evening, so please contact us if you have any special request songs. We will always try our best to meet your needs and help make your special occasion all the more memorable.
