One option may be to go for our piano vocalist who performs Sinatra, Dean Martin, Matt Monro, Harry Connick Jnr and more in this genre. He not only performs with backing tracks but also adds piano to the sound giving a more hands on / energetic approach. The added advantage to having this performer is that he can provide, at the drop of a hat, further material such as  Elton John, Elvis Presley, etc and turn the function into a real dance party at the end of the evening. He would be great for one hour but far more use for the whole evening - Likewise , as above, this act can equally come as a twosome. If you are thinking of having a DJ - we would recommend forgetting the DJ and having our piano vocalist for the evening - he will always put music on during the breaks.
